Making the most of your super

Giving us your TFN is optional but there are benefits if you do.

CareSuper is allowed by law to collect your TFN. We will only use it for lawful purposes. Your TFN will also be provided to any other fund you transfer to, unless you request in writing that it not be disclosed.

TFN not handy? Don’t worry, you can add it in MemberOnline once you’ve joined.

We can also use your TFN to search for your other super. Just check the box below and we’ll let you know what we find.

Save time and transfer

Keep things simple with just one super fund – and avoid paying multiple fees too. Let us transfer your existing super to your new CareSuper account.

Add another fund

Don’t forget:

  • To consider any insurance implications and check whether you’ll be charged an exit fee
  • That transferring to CareSuper will close your other accounts
  • To let your employer know to pay your super into CareSuper.

Your super is your money – so it’s important we contact you regularly with information and changes. To make things easy, information about CareSuper and your account will be provided or made available to you electronically through our website and other digital facilities available via our website, including MemberOnline. Information provided this way may include notices, transaction information, statements and other documents that must be given to you. We’ll always let you know when information about your account is available for you. We may also communicate with you by email or SMS.
