CareSuper is allowed by law to collect your TFN. We will only use it for lawful purposes. Your TFN will also be provided to any other fund you transfer to, unless you request in writing that it not be disclosed.

Your super is your money – so it’s important we contact you regularly with information and changes. To make things easy, information about CareSuper and your account will be provided or made available to you electronically through our website and other digital facilities available via our website, including MemberOnline. Information provided this way may include notices, transaction information, statements and other documents that must be given to you. We’ll always let you know when information about your account is available for you. We may also communicate with you by email or SMS.
