If you're an existing Rest member, you can register for MemberAccess to login straight away. It's easy. Make sure you have your Member number and the postcode we would have recorded for you before you begin.
Forgotten Password/PIN
If you have completed your secret questions you can reset your Password/PIN online. If you have not previously completed any secret security questions, you will need to call us so we can reset your login details.
Invalid Password/PIN
Your Password/PIN may be invalid for one of these reasons:
- You may have entered an incorrect Password/PIN. Try re-entering it, or if you can’t remember your Password/PIN then follow the Forgotten Password/PIN instructions above.
- Your Password/PIN may have been disabled due to more than 6 incorrect attempts. For security reasons your account will be locked and you will need to phone us to re-activate your account.
