New to MemberAccess - Register here
If you're an existing REST member, you can register for MemberAccess to login straight away. It's easy. Make sure you have your Member number and the postcode we would have recorded for you before you begin.
If you have completed your secret questions you can reset your Password/PIN online. If you have not previously completed any secret security questions, you will need to call us so we can reset your login details.
Your Password/PIN may be invalid for one of these reasons:
- You may have entered an incorrect Password/PIN. Try re-entering it, or if you can’t remember your Password/PIN then follow the Forgotten Password/PIN instructions above.
- Your Password/PIN may have been disabled due to more than 6 incorrect attempts. For security reasons your account will be locked and you will need to phone us to re-activate your account.
Forgotten Member Number
If you don’t know your member number, and have already registered an email address with us, just click the “Forgotten Member Number” link and enter your email address. If this email address matches the address we have on record, we will email your member number to you. If you haven’t registered an email address with us, or you can’t remember the address you registered, you will need to call us so we can update your email address and provide you with your member number.
