Welcome to APSS MemberAccess

Use this section of the website to view your personal details, current benefits or account information or to make some changes to your APSS or Pension account online. It's easy. All you need is your APS or member number (you'll find this on your Annual Benefit Statement). Remember if it’s your first time logging in for a while, you might need to change your PIN to a password.

Logging in for the first time?

If you haven’t logged in for a while, you may need to set up a new password. Click the ‘register now’ box on the right.

If you are logging in for the first time and you have more than one APSS account, please use the PIN for your main account to sign in for the first time (your PIN will need to be changed to a password). After your first login, you will be able to link your multiple APSS accounts so that you only have to remember one password.
